Calis House is a lovely detached property set in its own private gardens.
The property consists of two, one bedroom apartments on the ground floor and a three bedroom apartment on the first floor. Each apartment has its own private access but the property but can be booked as one property to accommodate group bookings of up to 16 people or separately for smaller parties.
The one bedroom apartments both sleep two to four people and consist of a lounge with dining area; an American style open kitchen with 4 ring hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle; a bathroom and one double bedroom which opens directly onto the patio; door alarms have been fitted with the safety of small children in mind and. In addition to the bedrooms, the lounges in both apartments have two sofa beds, each sleeping one person.
The first floor apartment sleeps six to eight people and consists of a lounge with dining area which opens out on to a balcony, with a built in barbecue, overlooking the pool and gardens; an American style open kitchen with a gas stove, fridge freezer, microwave toaster and kettle; one double bedroom; two twin bedrooms; bathroom with bath, shower; toilet and hand basin and a separate shower room with toilet.
Calis House stands in its own extensive lush gardens with large swimming pool; patio furniture; sun loungers and purpose built barbecue with an extensive dining area ideally located under the grape vines.

Calis House is located between Fethiye and Calis, a quiet holiday resort on the western coast of Turkey. This part of the Turkish coastline is known as the Turkish Riviera or Turquoise Coast and stretches from Fethiye in the west right through to the Syrian coastline in the east.
The resort has much to offer from restaurants where you can sample traditional Turkish cuisine as well as enjoy Italian, Chinese, Indian and English dishes; numerous bars where you enjoy and evening drink whilst watching the sun set; numerous water sports as well as fishing and boat trips; quad biking; pony trekking; wind surfing; waterskiing; jet skiing; parasailing; paragliding, snorkelling; Turkish markets and Turkish baths but to mention a few.

Oludeniz, the Blue Lagoon, where the calm, crystal clear water is ideal for swimming is one the best places in the world to do nothing but soak up he sun amid stunning natural surroundings;
Saklikent, high in the mountains where a rushing torrent cutis a gorge through the rocks creating the canyon. A cool refuge on hot summer says, Saklikent is a favourite picnic spot with rustic restaurants servicing delectable fresh trout. You can also visit the old fashioned carpet and kilim weavers.
Dalyan. where the maze of channels is easily explored by boat as you immerse yourself in this tranquil dream world. The restaurants that line the waterways specialise in delicious fresh fish. Magnificent tombs were carved into the rocks, high on the cliff face, at a bend in the river, above the fascinating ancient harbour of city Caunos. The Dalyan Delta, with the long, golden, sandy Iztuzu beach is a nature conservation area and a refuge for sea turtles and blue crabs.
