Villa Pattaya is a beautiful and spacious two storey, four bedroom villa set in its own gardens. The villa is furbished with European furnishings throughout and comprises a well equipped kitchen; large open plan lounge with dining area; 2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom; 2 twin bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms. Outside, the villa benefits from two large balconies, which are accessed from the front and rear bedrooms, and a large downstairs terrace which leads onto the gardens and two swimming pools, one of which is a children’s pool.
Complimentary videos, DVDs, toys, books and bicycles are all provided, as well as wine, tea and coffee, together with other little touches to help make you feel at home.

Villa Pattaya is located in a quite corner of Jomtien Beach with the sea a 5 minute stroll away. The beautiful beach, with palm trees, stretches over 3 km long and is ideal if you want to relax. If not, there are plenty of water sports including, jet skis, water skiing, windsurfing, paragliding, sailing, scuba diving and snorkelling on the reefs.
This district, with more than 6 km beach, is separated from the rest of Pattaya by the hill which rises to the back of South Pattaya. Drive over the hill, past the big Buddha and the Royal Cliff Hotel, and down into the relatively quiet Jomtien. The beach is popular with windsurfers and water sports enthusiasts, largely because the area enjoys brisk and fresh breezes sweeping inland from the Thai Gulf, and because the seas are less congested with boats than in Pattaya Bay. This is also the place to relax if concentrating on a suntan, or to go for long early morning or sunset walks along the ocean front. There is little in the way of shopping or beer bars at Jomtien, as it’s essentially a residential area with beach side hotels, bungalow and apartment complexes, and restaurants.
The promenade is lined with cafés, bars and restaurants, to cool off in as the weather and sea is warm all year round. Other daytime attractions close by are golf, water parks, and fun park, zoo, crocodile farm and parks for fishing. Another great day out is a boat trip to the many desert type islands ideal for scuba diving and snorkelling in the crystal clear waters.

Pattaya town is 5 minutes away in the stop and ride open cabs, which operate every 2 minutes, 24 hours a day and are very cheap. Famous for its night life, Pattaya offers thousands of bars, night clubs, restaurants and late night shopping - you will always find something new to do and see. For adventures, there are trips to the temples, rain forests and Bridge over the River Kwai. Thailand is the Land of Smiles and you will find the locals very friendly and kind. The other benefits are that the currency is presently at a very good rate and prices, compared to the West prices’, are very low.
To get there: fly to Bangkok Airport then we collect you. We also take you back to the airport after your holiday, all with our compliments.
