accommodation Owner's, small business and/or Holiday Rentals
Agencies in the Costa Brava, Spain region. Each Service is
tailored to the different Holiday Management needs and carries
different service level and cost.
1. e-ccommodation.com
WEB Advertising Service
This service is design to enable
Holiday accommodation owners to promote their holiday
accommodation on the internet free of charge by advertising on
e-ccommodation.com site.
The advertising consist of a
full page which is dedicated to each accommodation, with a
detailed description of the accommodation and surrounding area,
at least three photographs and an enquiry form that directs all
holiday makers enquires directly to the owner.
Advertising on
e-ccommodation.com is completely FREE of charge. This Service
is available to all Holiday accommodation Owners, and small to
medium size Holiday Rental agencies around the world.

2. e-ccommodation.com
Booking Management Service
This Service is currently being
used by individuals and small to medium sized agencies.
e-ccommodation.com
finds the customer; assists the agencies/individual with the overall
administration, booking process, correspondence and other value
added services, assisting the holidaymaker with flights, car hire,
etc; and professionally fronts the agencies/owners up to the
holidaymakers arrival.
This extremely popular service includes:
- marketing the property
- responding to all enquiries and correspondence
- taking bookings
- full accounting, including issuing invoices and receipt
- collecting the Deposit and Security Deposit
- issuing the appropriate directions and information about the area
- liaising with with the owner, keeping them up to date with
all bookings taken, guests' arrival and departure details
and any changes
- forwarding the Deposit and Security Deposit to the owner
We ‘appraise’
the accommodation and suggest the best possible rental prices, aiming at
a higher volume of rentals rather excessive rental prices which
achieve only a few bookings. Once the appropriate rentals prices
for the property are agreed we take over the overall process up to
receiving the Deposit and Security Deposit. The owner is responsible
for arranging to meet and greet the holidaymakers, collect Cost of Hire, less the
deposit and handing over the keys; providing the bed linen; being
the contact for any enquires or issues; collecting the keys on the
last day of rent and returning the Security Deposit less and
deductions for breakages or cleaning.

does not charge for
this service. Our margins are made from the difference between the
rental price agreed with the owner and the rental price offered by
e-ccommodation.com.
That margin varies in different circumstances - we take all the
risks on pricings, but the owner still receive the agreed revenue!
3. e-ccommodation.com
Full Management Service
This Service is designed for busy holiday accommodation owners who
wish to rent out their property to holidaymakers, and is currently
only available in the Costa Brava, Spain area.
e-ccommodation.com
finds the customer; assists with the overall administration, booking
process, correspondence and other value added services, assisting
the holidaymaker with flights, car hire, etc; meeting and greeting
the holidaymakers and being available for all enquiries and issues
during the holiday. This service is designed to take away all the
worries of managing holiday accommodation owners to concentrate on
enjoying life and spending the income earned from their rentals.
This service includes:
- marketing the property
- responding to all enquiries and correspondence
- taking bookings
- full accounting, including issuing invoices and receipt
- collecting the Deposit and Security Deposit
- issuing the appropriate directions and information about the area
- liaising with with the owner, keeping them up to date with
all bookings taken, guests' arrival and departure details
and any changes
- meeting the holiday makers and handing over the keys to the property
- providing the bed linen and towels
- taking all enquires and handling any issues during the booking
- collecting the keys on the last day of the holiday
- inspecting the property to ensure it is being left as it was found
- returning the Security Deposit to the holidaymakers
- cleaning the property before and after each booking
- forwarding the full cost of hire to the owner
As with the Booking Management Service, we ‘appraise’ the
accommodation and suggest the best possible rental prices,
aiming at a higher volume of rentals rather excessive rental
prices which achieve only a few bookings. However, once the
appropriate rentals prices for the property are agreed take care
of the whole process from initial enquiry and subsequent booking
through to returning the Security Deposit to the holidaymakers
when they vacate the property.
Due to the nature of this service, we currently only offer the
service in the Costa Brava area, where we have a presence with
our newly opened office.

4. e-ccommodation.com
Estate Management Service
This Service is used by individuals who have a second home in the
Costa Brava but do not live in the area and wish to rent out their
property to holidaymakers, whilst ensuring that their property is
functionally and aesthetically maintained. In addition to finding
the customer and handling the management of the holiday
accommodation,
e-ccommodation.com also fulfils other additional requests made by the holiday
accommodation owners.
This service comprises all the facilities offered in the Full
Management Service, but also includes the following, as per the
holiday accommodation owners’ instructions:
- any maintenance repairs and upkeep to the property
- gardening
- maintenance and cleaning of swimming pool
- collecting and forwarding mail
All requests are discussed with the holiday accommodation owner
in full to ensure that requirements are fully understood and
price given per each undertaking.
Due to the nature of this service, we currently only offer the
service in the Costa Brava area, where we have a presence with
our newly opened office.
